2. Our Services
We offer 24/7 emergency towing and roadside assistance, along with scheduled towing, recovery, and heavy hauling services. Response times, availability, and pricing depend on your location, traffic conditions, vehicle type, and the nature of the service requested. While we aim to dispatch promptly, arrival times provided by phone or through our Site are estimates and not guarantees.
3. Requesting Service
When you call us or submit a request through our Site, you agree to provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and the assistance you need. Inaccurate or incomplete information may delay our response or affect the quote provided. You are responsible for ensuring that you and your vehicle are in a safe location, away from traffic where possible, while waiting for our team to arrive.
4. Pricing and Payment
We provide pricing based on the distance, vehicle type, and service required, and we aim to give you a clear quote before service begins. Final charges may vary from an initial estimate if the actual job differs from what was described when you called, such as a heavier vehicle, additional recovery equipment, or a longer tow distance. Payment is due at the time service is completed unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept standard payment methods as communicated by our dispatch team.
5. Vehicle Condition and Handling
Our operators use reasonable care and industry-standard equipment to tow, recover, or transport your vehicle. However, some vehicles may have pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or conditions, such as a disabled transmission or emergency brake, that affect how they can be safely towed. Please tell our dispatcher and operator about any known issues with your vehicle before towing begins. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed to us, or from load characteristics beyond our control, such as an improperly secured aftermarket part.
6. Accident and Recovery Services
For accident recovery and heavy-duty recovery jobs, our team uses winching, rigging, and rotator equipment appropriate to the situation. You acknowledge that recovery work involving accidents, rollovers, or difficult terrain carries inherent risk, and that our operators will make reasonable, professional judgment calls about how to safely recover a vehicle. Any specific handling instructions should be communicated to our operator on site.
7. Cancellations
If you no longer need a dispatched tow truck, please call us as soon as possible to cancel. If a truck has already been dispatched or has arrived at your location, a dispatch or trip fee may apply, even if the tow itself is canceled before completion.
8. Website Use
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the Site’s normal operation. All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to All State Towing LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, All State Towing LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a towing, recovery, hauling, or roadside assistance job is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service, except where applicable law or our insurance coverage provides otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you have under applicable Nevada consumer protection law or towing regulations that cannot be waived by agreement.
10. Licensing and Insurance
All State Towing LLC operates as a licensed and insured towing company in accordance with applicable Nevada regulations. Our insurance coverage applies to towing and recovery operations as required by law and does not extend to items left inside a vehicle, personal property not disclosed to our operator, or pre-existing vehicle damage.
11. Reviews and Testimonials
If you submit a review or testimonial about our services, such as through Google, you agree that we may reference or share that feedback in connection with our marketing, unless you ask us not to.
12. Changes to These Terms

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, unless otherwise required by law.
